Tonight the HNWS board of directors unanimously agreed to begin the legal proposal to sell Hidden Creek Golf Course.
The details will be ironed out over the next few months but the decision to move forward was agreed tonight by all board members. Who ever will purchase the property would have strict guidelines to follow with the sale, one of them being it can not be anything else but a golf course.
In a surprise announcement tonight Kevin Lanier will be moving out of the area and has to leave the water board . Kevin recommended past board member Mark Miller to replace him for the remainder of the year. The board voted tonight all in favor of this replacement.
