The 2016 Mardi Gras Parade is coming Saturday, and promises to be the biggest and best yet!  The parade theme this year is “Movies of 1986”.

Last year’s parade was a smash! As many as 30,000 spectators came to enjoy the best family friendly parade on Gulf.

The parade starts at 1 pm. and Navarre bridge will shut down or be closed off to traffic at noon. Get to the parade route early!

The route will start on the West side of Gulf BLVD. near where Sandy Bottoms was located and end up near Tom Thumb area where Navarre bridge and Gulf Blvd intersect.

Each year the judges are selected from the community and they cannot be a member of the Krewe. They alone make the decision on the best entries based upon general theme guide lines.
