Midway Engine 37 responded mutual aid to assist Holley-Navarre with setting up a landing zone on Navarre Parkway at the scene of a motor vehicle crash.
05-10-2024 5:54 pm, the Holley-Navarre Fire District was dispatched to the intersection of Navarre Parkway and Coral Street in reference to a five vehicle, M.V.C. with injuries.
A 911 caller advised there were two occupants in a blue sedan, who were entrapped. Firefighters utilized their extraction tools to extricate both individuals.
The driver of this vehicle was declared a trauma alert. Life Care 3 arrived and flew the driver to the HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital Trauma Center.
The passenger was transported by Lifeguard E.M.S. for treatment.
The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the collision.
