Bob Cole County Commissioner has been found guilty of not following the Sunshine Law and ordered to pay a $500.00 fine.
According to State Attorney Bill Eddins this is not a criminal violation.
This charge and fine has to do when Bob Cole was on the Downtown Milton Redevelopment Advisory Board which Bob is no longer a part of.
