With her roots in Venezuela, Stephens experienced the dire consequences of socialism, shaping her staunch support for the pillars of freedom and opportunity that America stands for. Holding a Bachelor’s in Human Resources from Carabobo University and a Master’s in Occupational Adult Education from Oklahoma State University, Stephens is a pioneer with a rich history of leadership in diverse sectors, including petroleum, hospitality, and retail, across various cultural settings.

A former bilingual educator in Texas, Stephens brings a unique educational perspective, enhanced by her trilingual capabilities. Her entrepreneurial spirit shines as the President & CEO of a successful moving labor business along the Emerald Coast.

Driven by her disappointment in the current leadership, Stephens stated, “It’s time to ‘Make Education Great Again’ in Santa Rosa County, a pledge I make to every parent, teacher, and student in our community.”

Stephens is actively involved in community service, holding positions on the Santa Rosa County Civil Service Board and the SRC Republican Executive Committee. She serves as Chairwoman of the Naturalization USCIS for Santa Rosa County and as an Authorized Voter Registration Representative for the REC SRC. Her role in Moms for Liberty SRC underscores her commitment to parental rights and educational integrity.
