A carjacking that began in Walton County this morning and led to a high speed chase ended when an Okaloosa County deputy placed spike strips near Beal Parkway and Highway 98.
Two suspects are in custody. Several crashes took place. Deputies say the pair are also under investigation for a series of car thefts. No serious injuries reported at this time.
