Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners and emergency management staff presented 9-1-1 Hero awards to the bystanders who saved the life of a cardiac arrest victim, Randal Leonard, last month at the Walmart Supercenter, 9360 Navarre Pkwy., on Friday, March 23 at 2 p.m.
The following heroes are Nicole Wright, the 9-1-1 caller,
Rhonda Crenshaw, Mickey O’Reilly and Michael Whitaker who took turns administering CPR
Also in attendance:
Randal Leonard, who has now fully recovered
Santa Rosa Sheriff Deputy Sheri Stovall, who delivered the AED shock
Holley-Navarre Fire District
Lifeguard Ambulance Service and ShandsCair 6
