What ended up as a minor accident could have been devastating for the person pulling the fishing cart across Gulf Blvd, shortly after noon today.
According to one witness the car that hit the fishing cart did not slow down and the person pulling the cart had to jump to the curb to prevent from being hit.
When driving along Gulf Blvd this summer slow down and be extra careful for tourist and kids.
