- Recommend contract with Landrum Staffing Services, Inc. for interim Human Resources Director position effective December 1, 2015.
- Recommend Resolution and corrected Interlocal Agreement creating the Florida-Alabama Transportation Planning Organization originally approved at July 23, 2015 meeting.
- Recommend Amendment to Florida Department of Environmental Protection Agreement extending Recreational Trails Program grant for Bagdad Mill Site through June 28, 2016.
- Recommend Agreement with Florida Division of Emergency Management for Maranatha Way Phase I Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) drainage improvement project.
- Recommend proposal from Pegasus Engineering in the amount of $5,000 for project and grant services for Maranatha Way/Chipper Lane HMGP Phase I
drainage improvement project.
- Recommend following improvements to the Military Heritage Trail:
– Replacement of 1,115 feet of damaged asphalt with Public Works Department providing labor and equipment and with materials estimated at $25,150 from District 3 recreation fund.
– Allocation of $5,085 from Tree Mitigation Fund for planting park grade trees.
- Recommend issuance of annual Permit to Provide Advanced Life Support (ALS) non-transport emergency response services to Pace Volunteer Fire Department for 2016.
- Recommend staff rank proposals received for engineering services for Patterson Lane/Pace Lane; Ranchettes Subdivision; and Maranatha Way/Chipper Lane HMGP projects for November 12, 2015 meeting.
- Recommend Resolution authorizing agreement with Florida Department of Transportation Small County Outreach Program funding of Country Club Drive resurfacing and authorize execution of relevant documents.
- Recommend waiver of nuisance noise ordinance requirements for VFW Post 4407 at 1783 Abercrombie Road Saturday, November 7, 2015 for 14th Annual Bear’s Toys for Tots Poker Run.

- Recommend lease with Beard Equipment, Inc. for John Deere 850K bulldozer and lease with Thompson Equipment, Inc. for Cat D6K2 dressing bulldozer at central landfill based on comparison shopping.
- Recommend Resolution and Florida Department of Transportation Local Agency Program Agreement for construction of the Blackwater Heritage Trail Connector project and authorize execution of relevant documents.
- Recommend contract with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. for engineering and construction services for the Tiger Point Boulevard Sidewalks project at a negotiated fee of $16,350 per FDOT LAP and FHWA professional services guidelines.
- Recommend Preliminary Plat for Arbor Place, a 152 lot subdivision located in District One.

- Recommend Budget Amendment 2015 – 211 in the amount of $2,245 recognizing Law Library revenues in the Fine & Forfeiture Fund and allocate for expenditure.
- Recommend Budget Amendment 2015 – 212 in the amount of $2,200 carrying forward funds in the E-911 Fund for Professional Services for 911 interface.

- Recommend Budget Amendment 2016 – 009 in the amount of $22,430 carrying forward Tree Mitigation revenues to be used for the purpose of purchasing, planting and maintaining trees on public property.
- Recommend Budget Amendment 2016 – 010 in the amount of $208,000 carrying forward unspent funds for the construction of the parking lot in the Industrial Park as approved at the May 14, 2015 meeting.
- Recommend Budget Amendment 2016 – 011 in the amount of $285,651 carrying forward funds for the resurfacing portion of Berryhill Road as approved at the September 10, 2015 meeting.
- Recommend Budget Amendment 2016 – 012 in the amount of $29,500 for the Tiger Point Boulevard sidewalks using Area 3 Impact Fee Reserves as approved at the September 24, 2015 meeting.
- Recommend Budget Amendment 2016 – 013 in the amount of $772,195 carrying forward prior year income and interest and recognize current year program income and interest and allocate for expenditure in the SHIP Fund.
- Recommend Budget Amendment 2016 – 014 in the amount of $422,243 recognizing the remainder of unspent authorized funds associated with the Defense Infrastructure Grant and allocate for expenditure.
- Recommend Budget Amendment 2016 – 015 in the amount of $112,236 recognizing the FY2012/2013 Community Transportation Grant with the local match from the General Fund and allocates for expenditure.
- Recommend Budget Amendment 2016 – 016 in the amount of $40,942 recognizing Section 5310 grant local match for the purchase of replacement vehicles as approved at the July, 2014 BOCC meeting.
- Recommend Budget Amendment 2016 – 017 in the amount of $2,310 carrying forward unspent funds for design and grant application services for the Venetian Way/Coronado Drive stormwater project.
- Recommend Budget Amendment 2016 – 018 in the amount of $394,178 carrying forward unspent FEMA HMGP funds for construction, engineering and grant/project administration for the Settler’s Colony stormwater project.
- Recommend Budget Amendment 2016 – 019 in the amount of $50,566 recognizing unspent 2015 – 2016 DRG Grant through contract end (6/30/16).
- Recommend Budget Amendment 2016 – 020 in the amount of $207,430 carrying forward unspent loans proceeds and TDC funds to complete Milton/Bagdad connector including Henry Street improvements.
- Recommend Budget Amendment 2016 – 021 in the amount of $7,781 carrying forward funds received from builder to pave Shelby Court.
