A complaint has been filed by James Calkins a Navarre resident. It was dropped off to the State Attorney’s Office.
The review of the complaint is being reassigned because someone in the State Attorney’s Office is related to Broxson.
Governor Rick Scott will summit this complaint to a different circuit due to a conflict of interest.
