Adult male located on the Navarre Causeway, deceased.
Deputies responded to a suspicious person call on the southwest embankment of the Navarre Causeway Bridge. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent the adult male was deceased. There were no initial indications of foul play. Investigators are actively working this case. The individual was identified as Jeremy Patrick Wheatman, 36 years of age from the Navarre area.
Detectives are currently waiting on autopsy results and continuing the investigation.
