Deputies with the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office responded to 9576 Navarre Parkway at approximately 8:30 pm on 9/15/15 in reference to a robbery. This location is a retail store, the Dollar General.
Deputies arrived and conducted a protective sweep of the store to assure no one else was inside. After assuring the location was secure, it was determined one male suspect entered the store with a weapon and left the store with an undetermined amount of cash. No one was hurt during the robbery. The weapon was determined to be a handgun. Santa Rosa Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene and Major Crimes Detectives responded to assist in the investigation. At this time, this is an active investigation.
