Around one am this morning a traffic stop was attempted on a truck hauling a trailer which fled from deputies for over 10 minutes in the Holt area.
The driver of the truck with trailer getaway attempt came to an end after spike strips were successfully deployed, causing the tires to deflate.
The driver, 36 year old Jesse Nixon of Crestview, is charged with hit and run leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, felony fleeing and eluding, and driving with a suspended license.
