This is from the FHP report. V01 failed to stop at the stop sign and continued south across Fourth Street. V01 traveled south on the grass shoulder and into the wooded area located south of the roadway. V01 traveled south through the wooded area and exited the south side of the wood-line. The front of V01 collided with the wooden privacy fence belonging to the Navarre RV and Boat Storage facility. V01 traveled south through the fence causing the front of V01 to collide with the rear right of V02. After contact between V01 and V02, a fire developed within the vehicle’s engine compartment causing both V01 and V02 to be engulfed in flames. As a result of the fire caused by the driving actions of V01’s driver, the fire spread to V03, V04, V05, and the trailers loaded with boats. All vehicles and private property involved in this crash were destroyed by the fire.V01 was not being pursued by a law enforcement agency when the crash occurred.
