The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a crash involving a pedestrian and an unknown vehicle that occurred on Sunday, August 19, 2018 at or around 2:15 a.m. on the Navarre Bridge Causeway.
The pedestrian , Jeanette Martinez ,age 38 from Houston, Texas was struck by a passing vehicle or fell from a moving vehicle.
Update: According to FHP two women were riding on the outside of a Nissan Armada driven by Pedro Martinez age 37 from Houston, Texas. The woman who fell off may not have been hit by a second vehicle. A DUI charge against the driver is pending.
