At 7:39 AM today there was a fatality involving a local woman. Jennifer Michelle Caliber age 43 from Pace,FL was involved in a single car accident which claimed her life according to a FHP report.Jennifer was driving a 2010 Dodge Caliber traveling south on CR-197. The driver continued onto the wast shoulder and into a concrete ditch continuing to travel south and collided with a concrete culvert/driveway, coming to rest in a driveway.
Jennifer Caliber was transported to Sacred Heart Hospital from the scene, and was later pronounced deceased.
According to the FHP report Jennifer was not wearing a seat belt.
