In a developing story Tracy Colten Potter age 29 , father of the one-year-old girl that drowned in the canal last night on Navarre Beach has been arrested.
Potter was booked early this morning at 1:35 AM at the Santa Rosa County Jail. The charge is homicide neglect manslaughter. No bond has been set.
