Felony charge from traffic stop

On 4/27/17 at approximately 1:00 am, a deputy with the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop for a speeding violation, 68 mph in a 45 mph zone in Pace. During the traffic stop, it was determined the vehicle was not registered and had other traffic related violations. The driver was identified as Shianne Marie Stanislow who was also on felony probation. Stanislowwas arrested on traffic related charges.

After arrest, 19 grams of Methamphetamine, a loaded handgun, digital scale, drug paraphernalia, and ammunition were located inside the vehicle. Stanislowalso had several rounds of ammunition in her pockets. 

Based on these findings Stanislow was charged with the following:

• Felony possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony
• Trafficking of Methamphetamine
• Felony Probation Violation
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
• Possession of a Controlled Substance
• Failure to Register a Vehicle

Stanislow is being held with no bond.
