On July 7, 2022, at approximately 349 p.m., The Fort Walton Beach Police Department received multiple phone calls about a subject shot in the parking lot of the Fort Walton Beach Recreation Center, 132 Jet Drive NW.
Officers responded and located a deceased male on scene. Possible suspects were located shortly after and are being questioned. Police do not believe there is any further threat to the community.
This is an active, ongoing investigation.
The victim is Sean Yadriel Burgos – Jimenez, 18 years of age, of Crestview, Florida.
