Escambia County, Florida – Brian Justin Morgan has been arrested for a hit and run crash that occurred on November 8, 2020 at 7:15 am.
The arrest stems from a hit and run crash that occurred November 8, 2020 in which the vehicle, driven by Brian Justin Morgan, collided with a 59-year-old female pedestrian on County Road 296 west of Regalo Drive in Escambia County, Florida and fled the scene. The pedestrian was struck and thrown onto the shoulder outside of the neighborhood in which they lived. The pedestrian laid on the shoulder with fatal injuries for an unknown amount of time. Thru extensive investigation by FHP Troopers and Corporals, Mr. Morgan and his vehicle were identified as being the vehicle that hit the 59-year-old female. Mr. Morgan was arrested and charged with the counts and transported to Escambia County Jail.
