The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has charged a Campbellton Florida man with fleeing and eluding lights and sirens, and resisting arrest without violence after a series of hit and run accidents in the Baker area around 7:15 this morning.
57-year old James Sullivan initially refused to pull over when deputies spotted his car eastbound on Highway 90 and attempted a traffic stop. A witness to some of the hit and run crashes had contacted the OCSO and FHP with the suspect’s car description.

Once in custody Sullivan refused to provide his name or talk to deputies.
The Florida Highway Patrol meanwhile is investigating the multiple traffic crashes.
