Tonight James Calkins made a motion and seconded by Ricki DeSantis which was voted and passed by the board of directors of the Holley-Navarre Water System.
The motion as read by James Calkins stated “based on the economic benefits, increased job growth ,cleaning up our dirty sound, improving our environment and more revenue for Holly – Navarre Water System .
I make a motion for Holly – Navarre Water System to endorse and encourage the reopening of the Navarre pass.”
The board voted and passed by 3 to 2 in favor of supporting this endorsement.
