Holley Navarre Water Systems Inc

Board of Directors

Dear HNWS Board and members,

Because of my recent appointment to the Santa Rosa County Zoning Board and  that I no longer reside in the HNWS service district , I am writing to inform you of my decision to resign my position on the Holley Navarre Water Systems Board for I will be unable to fulfill the requirements of my position on the board.

It has been a pleasure serving as President and being a part of the Holley Navarre Water Systems Board and although it was challenging at times, I am so proud of all the board members and their accomplishments.  Some of our greatest achievements are that we passed a motion to have opening prayer before every meeting, we lowered water tap fees for a year and hopefully that will be extended, we stopped that outrageous 9.1 million dollar Fairpoint debt refinance deal, we reorganized HNWS to make it better and more efficient and we are on our way to making good changes that will help with the Hidden Creek Golf Club and the restaurant. I feel very confident that I am leaving the board in great hands with Will Goulet in charge.  And I would also like to thank all the employees for their hard work and dedication for making HNWS the great company that it is.

I hereby resign effective Immediately.

May God bless Holley Navarre Water System Board and members!

Sincerely,

James Calkins

President HNWS
