KICKING SERVICE DOG IN NAVARRE PARK

Marina Rozenbaum age 57 of Quail Roost Drive in Navarre was arrested on Mothers Day and booked in to Santa Rosa County Jail on charges of conservation-animals and resist officer.

According to the arrest report Rozenbaum was holding her service dog up off the ground by the leash and kicking it. Rozenbaum  was in Navarre Park when this occurred and asked others nearby if  they wanted to kick the dog.

Rozenbaum is currently still in jail with a $2,000. bond.

The dog was taken to county animal control services.

 

Navarre newspaper reminds our readers that Marina Rozenbaum is presumed to be innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
