From the moment Deputies recovered the 2 missing children, Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office Deputies have been relentlessly looking for Shawntel Heck, the suspect in Louisiana’s kidnapping case.
Yesterday evening, Heck was arrested after contacting a Deputy stating she was tired of running and wanted to turn herself in.
Heck is currently in the Santa Rosa County Jail, with no bond on Louisiana charges.
