Spanevelo was booked into Santa Rosa County Jail last night at 11:05 p.m.
In Santa Rosa County , Florida two charges a third-degree felony count of tampering with evidence and first degree misdemeanor false information to law enforcement officer during investigation is facing Marcus Spanevelo . Bail for both counts is a total of 20,000 . Conditions – Active GPS monitor, no contact with witnesses or family of Cassie Caril, may not possess any weapons or firearms, PTR to monitor at defendant’s expense, do not leave the area of Bay, Walton-, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa or Escambia County,Florida.
The SRSO is still investigating the death of Cassie Carli .
