Miss Gulf Coast Teen USA
Makenna Deslatte is 16, and has been competing in pageants for 3 years. This is her first win. She is a Junior at Navarre High school. Her father was a TACP Air Force who had been stationed at Hurlburt Field and died when she was 2 in San Antonio Texas. Makenna competed in Panama City Beach at the Martin Theater, she was crowned that evening after interviews, introductions, swimwear and evening gowns as Miss Gulf Coast Teen USA. Her next step is the Televised Miss Florida Teen USA pageant held in Oct in Miami. She currently volunteers for the American Red Cross at Hurlburt Field as their Summer Youth Leader for the 1 SOMDG.
