The father of this missing girl has asked us to put this out to you.
Kiah Norris is a 16 year old female. She has dyed black and blue hair. She is 5’6″ tall and approximately 180 pounds. She left the house between 11pm on the 5th of October and 6am on the 6th of October. Any help will be appreciated.
