There is a warrant for Robert Shane Lucas arrest on a charge of first-degree premeditated murder in the death of missing Navarre woman Carrie Brewer, whose body was found yesterday in the garage of her home, located at Fulva Dr in Navarre.
The suspect may be driving her white 2012 Nissan Sentra that looks like the one in the photo below.
