Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest for the homicide of Victor Steven Trail.
The investigation began on November 14 around 5 PM when his body was located at his residence in Navarre. The suspect is currently being held out of state.
According to television station WTVY located in Dothan, Alabama the suspect is from Panama City, Florida. WTVY also reported that the suspect is 60 year old John Patrick Guillebeau.
