Head-to-head, Navarre won 11 of the last 15 regular season games — and then there was that 24-17 playoff victory in 2013. Milton is winless against the Raiders since Oct. 9, 2009.

So far this season, the Raiders look more successful with their passing game than with the historically-dominant running attack; they have two throwing touchdowns in their only 2021 game. Kyle Chambers and Hunter Pfiester platoon in at quarterback. Derek Percivalle has five receptions for 84 yards. Tailback Chris DeCorte leads the ground game with 99 yards on 12 carries.

The Panthers, on the other hand, rolled up massive passing numbers and plenty of points in their two games. They lost 27-14 to Crestview (2-0), and they outscored Pensacola Catholic (0-2) 32-30. Quarterback Emory Williams is 38 of 54 for 489 yards with four touchdowns. Raymond Cottrell has 16 receptions for 288 yards and two TDs. Milton’s running attack rolled up 116 yards on 44 carries — averaging 2.6 yards per carry. Their leading rusher is Devin Rich with 94 yards this season.
