Navarre Beach Pier Closed
The Navarre Beach Pier will be closed until further notice due to high winds associated with the weather currently moving through the area.
A flash flood watch has been issued until 1 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27. The National Weather Service in Mobile is forecasting our area to receive three to six inches of rain with higher amounts in localized areas. In addition, gusty winds of 30-35 mph or higher will be possible through the morning hours. At this time, there are no road closures and any closures will be announced as they occur. If you come across a flooded roadway, remember, “Turn around…don’t drown!” Emergency Management and public works crews are monitoring the situation and are ready to respond as needed.
