Access to the Gulf by means of a regular wheelchair will be available at the end of the kayak ramp by the end of March. The funds for this new access is provided from the bed tax that is managed by the TDC.
This is long over due and will be a welcome site for many visitors who could only enjoy the beach from the parking lot or condo balcony.
