NAVARRE GARDEN CLUB DONATES TREES

On January 15, 2016 the Navarre Garden Club graciously donated several trees to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office District 2, Navarre substation. For many years, Arbor Day signifies a special time for the Garden Club and this year, they planted trees to show appreciation to the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office.

Our Substation, which is located on High School Blvd in Navarre, is currently undergoing an expansion of our parking lot. These trees will certainly beautify our facility. We are thankful to have the Navarre Garden Club within our community and we are especially thankful for their thoughts and generosity in selecting us to receive these trees.

The planting ceremony took place in the front lot of our facility. Local dignitaries were invited along with Chief Deputy Bob Johnson who assisted in planting the trees.
