Navarre Garden Club Installs New Officers

The Navarre Garden Club recently installed their 2016-2017 officers.

The newly elected officers are: Marian Rushmeyers, President; Janet Chapman, First Vice President; Renee Meyers, Second Vice President; Nancy Kaszya, Secretary; and Lisa Hudson, Treasurer.   These officers will lead the garden club during the coming year’s activities.

The Navarre Garden Club has been serving the Navarre since 1975.  The club has many events during the year for its members and the local community.  It continues to promote education and community service through gardening. The garden club always takes a summer hiatus to tend their gardens and prepare for the upcoming year.  Before that hiatus, the club with host a garden tour and Flower show in June.
