On 9/20/18 during the evening hours, Deputies with the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office arrested the following individual:
Mark Allen Fanberg age 54 from Navarre Florida.
• 1 Count: Kidnap – False Imprisonment- Third Degree Felony
The arrest took place without incident at a parking lot off of Pawnee Drive.
