Jimmy Ressler, 40, has been charged with two counts of felony sexual assault on a victim younger than 12 years of age and first degree felony lewd and lascivious molestation of a child younger than 12 years old.
According to the report, the victim informed another caregiver that Ressler, had sexually abused her.
An investigation was conducted. The victim disclosed that she had been in Ressler’s bedroom where the alleged incidents occurred and gave details of the incidents according to the report.
Navarre Newspaper reminds it’s readers that Jimmy Ressler is presumed innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
