A single vehicle was southbound in the northbound lanes of SR-399 and crashed into a toll booth at the Bob Sikes Bridge.
The driver a male age 26 from Navarre was not wearing a seatbelt.
The driver of the vehicle sustained catastrophic injuries as a result of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene. There were no passengers or other vehicles involved.
