RECORD DAY AT NAVARRE PIER

Today was one of those epic mornings at the Navarre Pier.

The Black fin Tuna started biting at 6:05 AM and never stoped until 7:20 AM. That is  a day I will never forget was repeated by at least 6 fishermen that I spoke to. All of the tuna caught is not in the photo above as some fishermen had left before the photo was taken.

There was a total of 24 Black Fin Tunas landed and at least 7 got away. The other good news is the restaurant at the pier Windjammers is back open with a limited menu and is open starting at 11 AM.

Navarre Newspaper will have an exclusive video of the Black Fin Tuna action. You will be able to watch it on our YouTube Channel on Friday sponsored by
