Sheriff Hall is extremely proud that the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office has received its 4 Re-Accreditation. This includes both Law Enforcement as well as our Detention Division.
Accreditation is a highly recognized and desired status for a Law Enforcement Agency. To receive this status, our Agency had to demonstrate compliance with over 500 standards of excellence. We have maintained accreditation status for both Law Enforcement and Corrections since Sheriff Hall made a commitment to this program back in the year 2004.
Having an accredited Agency means we have developed a framework of policies and procedures which delivers professionalism in everything we do. This entire process reduces the Sheriff’s Office exposure to liability.
Accreditation is the Gold Seal in Law Enforcement Excellence.
