Due to a recent increase in interest from our community, the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office has added additional classes to our Citizens Firearm Safety Course.
The Citizen Firearm Safety Course is a basic class for responsible gun ownership. This class is a prerequisite to obtaining a Florida Concealed Carrying License. A focus of this class is the safe ownership and operation of a firearm.
If you are a Santa Rosa County resident, apply today as we expect these classes to fill up quickly.
- Friday June 3rd 1800 – 2000 hours and Saturday the 4th 0800 – 1000 hours
- Monday June 6th 1800 – 2000 hours and Tuesday June 7th 1800 – 2000 hours
- Wednesday June 8th 1800 – 2000 hours and Thursday June 9th 1800 – 2000 hours
- Friday June 10th 1800 – 2000 hours and Saturday the 11th 0800 – 1000 hours
- Monday June 20th 1800 – 2000 hours and Tuesday June 21st 1800 – 2000 hours
- Wednesday June 22nd 1800 – 2000 hours and Thursday June 23rd 1800 – 2000 hours
