On December 9th, 2015, deputies were dispatched to a medical emergency at 8974 Fleetwood Street in Milton. Upon arrival it was discovered that a 3 year old boy had ingested some kind of acid based product. Deputies noticed items around the home that indicated that methamphetamine was being manufactured at the residence.
Santa Rosa County Narcotics detectives were called and subsequently wrote a search warrant for the premises. Upon serving the search warrant, several items were recovered that are used in the production of methamphetamine. The current condition of the child is not being released, and charges are pending
We have received information leading us to believe there is a second child which also ingested an acid type liquid. More details to follow.
