The traffic signal recently constructed at the intersection of State Road 87 and the I-10 eastbound interchange in Santa Rosa County will be fully activated Wed., Dec. 13 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. The traffic signal has been temporarily operating in “flash mode” to give drivers time to get accustomed to its presence.
All activities are weather-dependent and may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of inclement weather. Drivers are reminded to use caution, especially at night, when traveling through a work zone and to watch for construction workers and equipment entering and exiting the roadway.
