On Wednesday afternoon two men were arrested and charged with Kidnap and Smuggling in Santa Rosa County..
Jackson Perez Godinez age 21 was booked into Santa Rosa County Jail at 2 p.m.
Frank Leija Moreno age 39 was booked into Santa Rosa County Jail at 3:14 p.m.
Both men remain in SRC jail with no bond set.
Sheriff Bob Johnson will hold a press conference at 2 p.m.today for an update.
Navarre Newspaper reminds our readers that Frank Leija Moreno and Jackson Perez Godinez are presumed innocent unless found guilty in a court of law.
