Mariya Calkins has some good news to share with our readers.
On Wednesday,January 26 Mariya gave birth to a beautiful girl named Bella Rose Calkins.
This morning Commissioner Chairman Bob Cole , District 2 announced I am proud to support Mariya Calkins and ask the voters that have supported me over the last 20 years to please strongly consider Maria Calkins for the Florida House of Representatives, District 3 on January 7th, 2022.
Cole said ” Our district needs a person to be a strong advocate. For several years I have watched this young family grow and succeed. Having previous knowledge and interaction in the Florida house she is the perfect candidate for this seat.”
Mariya Calkins, a former state legislative aide announced her intention to seek the Republican nomination for the Florida House of Representatives, District 3 on January 7th, 2022. Since then, Calkins has received support from Congressman Matt Gaetz, Milton councilwoman Shannon Rice , State Representative Anthony Sabatini and Commissioner Chairman Bob Cole , District 2.
As of today Calkins is the only candidate that has filed for State House of Representatives, District 3.
