The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a bank robbery that took place around 1:04 this afternoon at the Wells Fargo Bank in Mary Esther.
The robber, identified as a tall, skinny black male with long dreads, and wearing a blue T-shirt, sunglasses, and a black baseball cap with red brim, left the scene in a small sedan after getting cash from the business at 101 Mary Esther Boulevard.
Investigators say no weapon was displayed during the hold-up.
