A Florida MISSING CHILD Alert has been issued for Emily Navarro, a white/hispanic female, 12 years old, 4 feet 6 inches tall, 130 pounds, black hair and brown eyes, last seen in the area of the 6800 block of Flintwood Street in Navarre, Florida.
The child may be in the company of Elvin Armando Castron Murcia, a white/hispanic male, 18 years old, black hair and brown eyes. He has a slender build.
