Construction is now complete at Benny Russell Park, making it the newest all-inclusive playground in northwest Florida. Santa Rosa County will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony, April 2 at 10 a.m., to celebrate the enhancements and dedicate the new addition. Designed for children of all abilities, the park now features specially constructed swings, activity panels, a music station, slide and a variety of innovative playground components.
