Fire Commissioner seat #4 William S.Painter disclosed to the board meeting held Oct 5 the following;
“After much consideration, contemplation and discussion with my family I have found it necessary to resign my commission from seat #4 of the Holley-Navarre Fire District effective immediately.”
The Board then thanked Mr Painter for his service to the community.
The HNFD will appoint someone to fill the vacant position until the next election (Nov 2016).
