HNFD Engine 41 and Battalion 40 assist to Midway on a residential structure fire.
On 03/27/2021 05:09 hours, the Midway Fire District was dispatched to the 6100 block of Red Berry Drive for a possible house fire. Upon the arrival of Engine 37, Captain Barberi reported a working fire. The fire traveled from the exterior wall and extended up into the attic. Interior crews made an aggressive attack and were able to save the structure.
The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental in nature. Holley-Navarre Engine 41 provided mutual aid assistance. There were no injuries reported.
